## Deposits & Withdrawals

* Verify you sent to the correct network
* If not visible after 3 minutes, contact support

### Sent to wrong network

Assets may be difficult to recover. Contact <support@blackboard.fi>.

### Withdrawal stuck

* Margin allocated to open positions cannot be withdrawn
* Check available balance
* Network congestion may cause delays

## Trading

### Order not filling

* **Limit orders**: Market price may not have reached your level
* **Low liquidity**: Large orders on thin markets may not fill immediately

### Slippage too high

* Use limit orders instead of market
* Reduce order size
* Trade during high-liquidity periods

### Unexpected liquidation

* High leverage amplifies small moves
* Funding rate settlements may have reduced your margin
* See [Liquidations](/blackboard-docs/trade/liquidations.md)

## Session Key

### Session Key expired

Create a new one. Approve the signature in your wallet.

### Trading without a Session Key

Possible — but requires a wallet pop-up approval for every trade.
