# Points

Points record eligible activity during a Blackboard season. Open **My Page → Status → Points** for the full view or **Status → Points** in the side panel for a summary.

Points are separate from level XP and cash competition prizes. They cannot be withdrawn or converted to Cash on the Points page, and they do not guarantee a token allocation or monetary value.

## Weekly pool

The weekly Points pool is split **80% Trading / 20% Retention**. Event is no longer a separate pool allocation.

The screen reviewed on **October 27, 2026** showed a **125,000-Point** weekly pool: **100,000 for Trading** and **25,000 for Retention**. Check the app for the pool currently in effect.

The screen may still show **Event at 0%**. It has no separate pool allocation under this split.

This pool is shared across the program. It is not an award to each account or a percentage of trade value. Check the app for the current pool, season dates and rules.

### Trading

Trading Points come from eligible trading activity. **Trading volume this week** shows USD activity by product, including TCG pack purchases where available. It does not represent card valuations.

Volume is not a fixed Points exchange rate. Equal dollar volume across products need not earn equal Points. Use the recorded Trading allocation in the weekly breakdown.

### Retention

Read your Retention allocation in the weekly breakdown and check the season's conditions. The page does not explain the full eligibility policy. **Daily login XP** is separate: a login streak alone does not establish a Retention Points award.

## Read your balance

| Field                    | Meaning                                                                               |

| Season total             | Finalized Points for the current season; excludes the open week's pending allocation. |
| +… pending               | A provisional allocation that can change.                                             |
| Season rank              | Your position among ranked participants. **Unranked** is not rank zero.               |
| Trading volume this week | Recorded activity in USD, not Points.                                                 |
| Weekly points            | Each week's dates, component allocations, total and status, newest first.             |
| Updated … ago            | When the displayed data was updated, not when Points will finalize.                   |

Each weekly total adds Trading and Retention Points. For example, **60 Trading + 20 Retention = 80 Points**. These are example allocations, not earning rates; an individual account does not necessarily receive Points in the pool’s 80/20 ratio.

## Pending, Final and Adjusted

| Status   | Meaning                                                              |
| -------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Pending  | Provisional; excluded from finalized Points.                         |
| Final    | The week's allocation is finalized. Check the credited season total. |
| Adjusted | The allocation was revised. Use the latest breakdown and total.      |

A **1,200-Point season total + 80 pending** means 1,200 Points are final. If the week finalizes at 75 and nothing else changes, the total becomes **1,275**.

The pending countdown is an estimate. If it ends before finalization, the entry can remain pending without a countdown. That alone does not mean Points were lost.

## Rank and season dates

Season rank differs from competition rankings. Processing delays and adjustments can change it; rank alone does not establish a prize or token allocation.

Check the season and its end date. If no date is shown, do not assume the season is permanent. Points, rank and earning rules may change between seasons.

## Missing or unexpected Points

1. Check that you used the same account for the activity.
2. Compare the season, week and product breakdown.
3. Check the weekly components, total, status and update time.
4. If activity remains missing, contact Live Chat or <support@blackboard.fi> with its time and order or transaction reference.

A missing or unavailable figure is not a confirmed zero. Resolve an unconfirmed trade, transfer or purchase first; do not repeat it to make Points appear.

XP quests do not automatically award the same number of Points. API trades must also meet attribution and program rules; using the same wallet alone is insufficient. See the [Aster API guide](/blackboard-docs/trade/aster-api.md).
