# Trading Cards

Open Gacha Packs to draw tokenized physical collectible cards. Through the **CollectorCrypt** integration, graded physical cards are tokenized and held in the same self-custodial wallet as your crypto.

## Overview

* **Assets**: Graded physical trading cards (e.g. Pokémon and other collectibles), tokenized on-chain
* **How you get them**: Open Gacha Packs to draw tokenized cards
* **Custody of the physical card**: CollectorCrypt vaults the physical card; the on-chain token represents it 1:1
* **Custody of the token**: Self-custodial. The tokenized card sits in your Blackboard wallet alongside your crypto
* **Fairness**: Draws are resolved by an on-chain VRF, so the outcome is verifiable rather than trusted
* **Instant buyback**: Any card you draw can be sold back for USDC immediately, at the buyback rate shown on the pack
* **Fees**: Opening a Gacha Pack carries no Blackboard fee

## How It Works

1. CollectorCrypt authenticates and vaults a graded physical card, then issues an on-chain token backed by it.
2. You open a Gacha Pack and draw tokenized cards into your wallet.
3. Keep the card in your collection, redeem it for the underlying physical card through CollectorCrypt, or take the instant USDC buyback.

Each pack shows its price, the odds for every rarity tier, the expected value of a pull, the buyback rate, and how many packs remain in stock. Cards you keep sit under **My Collection**.

* **Instant settlement**: Draws settle on-chain in seconds, with no shipping time and no counterparty risk on delivery
* **Published odds**: Rarity odds and expected value are shown before you open a pack
* **Transparent provenance**: Ownership history is verifiable on-chain
* **One portfolio**: Collectibles live in the same wallet and portfolio view as your other assets
